Ten-year-old Ea gets fed up with her overbearing father, God, who manipulates reality using a computer. She gets hold of the computer, accesses data on dates of death then locks it. Everyone in Brussels receives a text saying when they will die. Ea leaves their apartment in Brussels, gathers six apostles and writes the Brand New Testament, to spiritually uplift the human race. God eventually ends up in Uzbekistan, working in an appliance factory!
